THE MUSEUM EXPERIENCE
Who is the museum for?
Children and adults, movie fans and collectors alike. Explore the worlds of fairy tales, comics, fantasy, sci-fi and cinema classics.
What will we see?
Statues, busts, figures, dioramas and replicas, including life-size characters. Each location has a different selection of exhibits.
Are the exhibits wax figures?
No. We display intricately crafted collectibles by the world’s leading manufacturers, alongside original works of art. Our collection includes pieces by Sideshow Collectibles, Queen Studios, Prime 1 Studio, Infinity Studio and Hot Toys.
How long does a visit take?
Around 60–80 minutes, depending on your interests. Allow time to appreciate the details and discover the stories behind the exhibits.
Can we take photos and touch the exhibits?
Photography is allowed, but video recording is not permitted. Please do not touch the exhibits or the glass.
Will we meet costumed movie characters?
On weekends, public holidays and school holidays, you may meet one of our costumed characters. Characters vary by location and rotate throughout the day, including breaks.

Do we need to book?
Not for a regular visit — simply come during opening hours. Group visits must be arranged in advance.

How do we get there, and where can we park?
Choose your museum on our Getting Here page and open directions. Always follow the current local parking signs.
Are the exhibitions permanent?
Yes, all our exhibitions are permanent.
PRACTICAL INFORMATION
Do you have a children’s play area?
Yes, at our Prague, Poděbrady and Kroměříž locations.
Is the museum wheelchair accessible?
Accessibility varies by location. Please call us before your visit so we can confirm access to the exhibition and the facilities you need.
Can we bring a dog?
Animals are generally not allowed in the museum. Small dogs that can be carried in a bag are an exception.
GROUPS & GIFTS
How do we arrange a school or group visit?
Email us with your chosen museum, preferred date and number of visitors. We will discuss the arrangements with you.
Can I give a museum visit as a gift?
Yes! Gift tickets are valid for at least 6 months. Please check your chosen voucher for its specific validity period and terms.
Can we hold a celebration or corporate party at the museum?
