For whom is the museum intended?

For the entire family! In our museum, there is something for everyone. Whereas fathers would be most interested in Predators, 

and the large collection dedicated to Alien and Terminator, mothers would be amazed by Avatar and Disney princesses, 

and children would find fairy-tale creatures and comic book heroes such as Iron Man, Batman, Captain America 

or Spider-man irresistible.

What can I see in the museum?

Our main exhibition consists of statues, figures, busts, replicas and dioramas in various scales. Mostly 1/6, 1/4, 1/2 

and 1/1 life-size. The displayed collection is intended as the selection of the most interesting pieces the world

of popculture collectibles can offer. 

The main thematic groups within the exposition are science fiction, action film, comic book adaptations and fairytales. 

Film Legends Museum is a unique project in Europe. You can find here more than 510 exhibits and a separate Disney statue collection.

How do I get there?

The Museum is located directly in the centre of the beautiful spa town of Podebrady only half an hour by car from Prague, 

the capital of Czech Republic. It is a very popular tourist destination. The bus and/or train station is only 10 mins by walk 

from the Museum. See more in the section “How to get here?”

Where can I park my car?

You can park your car in many car parks accross the town and in the center also. During weekends is parking free.

Can I take pictures?

Taking pictures is allowed but recording of video is not allowed. Please, do not touch any glass panels or the individual exhibits.

Can take my dog with me?

Dogs and all other animals cannot enter the museum. However, we can make an exception with small “handbag” breeds of dogs.

Who manufacturers the displayed collectibles?

In the Museum you can find the products of many world famous producers such as Sideshow Collectibles, Hot Toys,

Enterbay, ECC, Gentle Giant, HCG, Prime 1 Studio, Oxmox and many many more. We select only the best pieces.

How long does the visit take?

The visit takes about 45-80 min depending on the level of interest of the visitor.

Do you have a playground where I can leave my child?

Yes, there is a small playground/corner for your small children. You can also change diapers of your children

in the ladies’ restroom.

Is the museum wheelchair accessible?

Yes, it is. There is also toilet for the disabled.

How long will the exhibition Film Legends Museum be opened?

The exhibition is permanent.

Do I need to book my visit in advance?

No, it is not necessary. Just come during our opening hours. We are looking forward to seeing you.

Only large groups such as school classes need to book their visit in advance.

We are a group - a school, company or institution and we wish to visit. What are the conditions?

We offer discounted admission for groups of more than 15 visitors (schools and kindergartens have teacher admission free).
